PZ1 - Central project

Translational neuropathology and novel tissue methods platform

The project will to provide the tools and patient cohorts to enable researchers of the respective NeuroFlame subprojects to assess molecules of interest in a disease context using, e.g., multiplex immunohistochemistry and spatial transcriptome assessment. Additionally, the project will generate spatial transcriptome data in human diseases of interest to the researchers of the consortium that then feed back to the individual subprojects to inform on potential disease-relevant targets.
